HOW do we work
There are 2 primary ways in which we structure our work. The drivers are based on manhours and logistics and scope and tenure of the assignment.

Project / Assignment Basis : These could be based on mutually agreed KRAs and outcomes and can range from research paper to strategic interventions to long term project execution.

Retainership : In simple terms , we take on an advisory role usually on a midterm to long term basis working as strategic advisors or defacto team members.
We are quite technologically adept and equipped to work remotely and at the same time have the flexibility to be at site globally depending on mutually agreed terms.
